Common questions
Will it make things up?
It is set up to answer only from the content you approve and to show its source. When the content doesn't cover a question, it says so and offers to pass the question to your team.
Do I need a new website?
No. It's added to your existing site with a single line of code and works with WordPress, Wix, Squarespace and custom sites.
What does early access mean?
Edith Assist is in the final stages of development. We're working with a small number of founding clients now, who get a discounted setup in return for feedback.
How much does it cost?
Pricing depends on your content, volume and setup, so we quote after a short call. There's always a written quote before any work starts.
