What we collect

When you send an enquiry, we collect the details you enter: your name, business name, work email, website address, the product you're interested in and your message. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies on this website.

Why we use it and our lawful basis

• To reply to your enquiry and arrange a call. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.
• To prepare a demonstration using the public content of the website you share with us, if you ask us to.

We won't add you to a mailing list or send you marketing without your permission.

Who we share it with

We use trusted service providers to run this website and our email: Netlify (website hosting and form handling) and Google (business email, and the web fonts used on this site). Some of these providers may process data outside the UK; where they do, they use legal safeguards approved under UK data protection law. We never sell your information.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for up to 12 months if we don't go on to work together, then delete them. If you become a client, we keep business records for as long as the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, object to how we use it, or ask us to restrict its use. Email us and we'll respond within one month.

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.
